Agreement
These terms apply to the SavePiks mobile app for Android and iOS, provided by Dirosoft. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. How we handle data is described in thePrivacy Policy.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use SavePiks on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes, in line with the rules of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the App Store). You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law expressly allows it. The app, its name, logo and design belong to Dirosoft.
Your deletions
You decide what to keep and what to delete. SavePiks is built so that mistakes can be undone before they are final:
- a left swipe only moves an item to Pending deletion; nothing is deleted at that point;
- you can undo your last swipe and restore any pending item until it is deleted;
- items wait for the retention period you choose, or until you delete them yourself if you choose “Never”;
- the final deletion always requires your confirmation in the system dialog of your phone.
Once you confirm a deletion in that dialog, it may be permanent. On iOS, deleted items usually go to the Recently Deleted album for a limited time; on Android this depends on your device. You are responsible for the deletions you confirm and for keeping backups of anything you want to preserve.
Ads
SavePiks is free to use and is supported by ads from Google AdMob. Ads are provided by Google and its partners; we do not control their content and are not responsible for third-party products or websites you reach through them. Your ad privacy choices are explained in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dirosoft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the loss of photos, videos or other data resulting from deletions you confirmed. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date. You can stop using SavePiks at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to go to the courts of your place of residence or to rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
